AlphaNZ Services deliver Support and Management Solutions and Consulting Services that are scaled to our customers’ needs. Each service can be provided as an individual solution or as part of an integrated services package. This division of AlphaNZ comprises Managed and Consulting Services.
These two groups have four main functions - providing support, resources, network management, and consulting.
Support
Support Services are designed to provide key IT support functions you the user, specifically Service Desk, Desktop Support, and LAN Support activities
Resources
AlphaNZ can provide experts who can work on-site for a period of time, or who can provide industry advice during your design and research phase.
Network Management
In this area AlphaNZ provides support and management of all aspects of your network – including the distributed desktop, server, and network environments. This activity ensures your environment is operating in the most efficient and effective manner to support your business, and that you are protected from unplanned events that can render your business inoperable.

Consulting
The consulting service enables and protects you through designing and delivering innovative and specialised business solutions. We believe we understand your requirements and appropriate technology solutions to address those needs.
